Message from Hon'ble Vice Chancellor

विद्याधनं सर्व धनं प्रधानम्
(The wealth of knowledge is the most superior wealth)

With this motto in mind, I have joined as Vice-Chancellor of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Law University, Jaipur.
I extend my warmest greetings to all the stakeholders of this temple of learning. This academic family of the University, which includes staff, faculty members and students across our affiliated colleges forms a vibrant community dedicated to the pursuit of legal excellence and societal impact.
In the words of Swami Vivekananda, "Arise, awake, and stop not till the goal is reached." These profound words encapsulate the spirit of our academic journey, urging us to continuously strive for knowledge, wisdom, and ethical leadership in the legal realm.
Our affiliated colleges are not mere extensions but integral pillars of our educational ecosystem, fostering learning environments that inspire critical thinking, innovation, and holistic development. To our students joining us from these colleges, I say, "अध्ययनं परिपालयेत्," which translates to "Nurture your studies diligently." Your dedication and passion for the law are the building blocks of a promising future.
The journey of legal education is not just about acquiring degrees but also about honing skills, nurturing values, and embracing lifelong learning. As Mahatma Gandhi said, "The future depends on what you do today." Let us commit ourselves to excellence, integrity, and social responsibility, knowing that our actions today shape the legal landscape of tomorrow.
The Principals and the faculty members from the affiliated colleges, who are the guiding lights of our academic community, embody the ideals of knowledge dissemination, mentorship, and scholarly inquiry. Their commitment to excellence resonates in the words of Chanakya, "आचार्य देवो भव," which means "The teacher is like unto a god." We acknowledge and honor their tireless efforts in shaping the legal minds of tomorrow.
I encourage all students to actively engage in co-curricular activities, internships, and community service initiatives that complement their academic pursuits. Remember the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, "कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन," reminding us to focus on our actions without attachment to outcomes.
